3rd over: England 5-0 (Banton 2, Duckett 3)
Duckett was spared a run-out when he dashed for a single on the off side. He was barely inside his crease as Arachchige’s throw missed the stumps at the bowler’s end.
Another uneventful over, featuring only one forceful shot from Banton that failed to elude the cover fielder. Sri Lanka have maintained an excellent length, and England appear to be assessing the pitch before they unleash their aggressive batting.
